I saw this and took a chance, based on the positive reviews and am very glad I did. My 8 year old daughter loves it. So far we're a month in and she writes in it every day. It's well thought out. The bright yellow, embossed cover gives it a feeling of quality and makes it stand out. Each page gives space to write your three top things of the day and emojis to circle to show your mood, plus a quote of the day and another section, such as a task, or checklists. On the downside it is only 3 months worth and it's not cheap, but I think if it starts the habit of writing a journal, expressing gratitude and seeing positivity, it's worth every penny.

My eight-year-old daughter has been very upset in recent times - bullying at school by her peers, being told off by her teachers even though she tries hard, and other life events have been taking their toll. I bought this journal for her, as part of making other changes at home to show her how far she's come along. She absolutely loved it, couldn't stop reading the intro to me, and couldn't wait to fill out her first entry. My daughter realised that her day wasn't quite as bad as previously thought - she'd played with some friends, helped me (Daddy) with some things, and had a surprise she was not expecting after all. She went to sleep last night, a very happy girl.What an absolutely lovely journal, quality paper and binding too. For those naysayers who say "it's expensive compared to a moleskin book", yes it is, but that's like comparing a set of blank writing pages to a premium hardback fiction book. You're paying for the content too, which is deeply thoughtful and very relevant. In the scheme of things, a relatively small amount to money to pay for lifting my daughters feelings and self-esteem at this difficult time, make it well worth the money.

I like the layout for kids and the daily emoticons. We've had 5 or 6 of these diaries and they've been fantastic for opening conversations about how our child's day has been - good and bad. Given 4 stars purely for the price - I have discovered another journal that is cheaper and just as good quality - but I will always have fond memories of this product. I just wish the price point was lower to make it more accessible to all families who would like to use it.

My son hasn't used it but I have looked at it and it seems good, good quality and sturdy, clear pages to write thoughts, dreams ideas and quotes

The order arrived in the time predicted and the product looks exactly like what I had seen on Facebook. They are individually wrapped so I would have to open one to review the content. As they are meant to be Xmas gifts, I don’t want to open one just yet, so all I can say is “so far, so excellent”! ;)UPDATE - 24 JAN 2020All 5 kids loved receiving the diary! My own kids (10 and 7 y/o) love it. The older one takes it more seriously and is really invested on reaching the rewards! The younger one enjoys the freedom of not having to do it everyday (it allows you to write down your own date and he finds it hard to write down “special things” everyday) and drawing his own emojis is his favourite part. The daily sentences/phrases are really helpful as well, particularly for the challenging days.All in all, a gem of a diary! Thank you soooooo much for having a Portuguese version!!!

This is a really difficult one to review. Because I can see why some people love it (and I too, think it’s nice - just overpriced).It is a pretty journal with some lovely quotes, and I bought it from the strength of the reviews. But I feel it is SO overpriced, and feel pretty ripped off, especially as there are only 3 months of journalling. I guess this is another product that have done a brilliant marketing & branding job, and people buy into the name.If you’ve got a child who likes to sit down, write and reflect - one who likes nice things and looks after them, it would probably be a lovely gift, worth paying out for. But my 8yr old son, who has scruffy writing / doesn’t enjoy writing, isn’t in the least bit interested in it. Maybe that’s my fault for not pushing it enough, but with all the reviews being so brilliant, I guess I just expected a bit more for the money.

Acquistato per mia figlia di quasi 6 anni. Il colore molto vivace e la grafica divertente stimolano la curiosità. Il diario è ricco di frasi e spunti che promuovono lo sviluppo emotivo. La prima impressione è molto positiva, spero e credo che verrà confermata durante l’utilizzo.

Le encantó aa mi nieta, es muy divertido y aapto para niños de alta capacidades,ee fue el motivo por las compra, pienso que cualquier niño le será útil y para los padres porque uefen hacerlo con ellos, en familia o en solitario, es una más era para ver las inquietudes de los hijos sin necesidad de esconderlo para el acceso a los padres

J'ai offert ce journal à mes jumeaux de 8 ans. Ma fille a particulièrement accroché et écrire dans le journal fait partie de son rituel du soir. Cela nous permet d'aborder différents sujets, des situations vécues dans sa journée, et de faire le point sur ses objectifs, ainsi que de l'encourager à progresser.Au niveau de la qualité du papier et de la couverture, il n'y a rien à dire. Personnellement, je n'aime pas trop la couleur jaune, mais au moins on le retrouve facilement !
