Feel like a boy scout again. Head torch. Full first aid kit with field dressing. Ear plugs. Foot powder. Blister kit. Tick remover and dog Bandage. Pain killers and antiflamitiry meds. Water purification tablets. Anti chafing cream and spare dry socks. All in a small bag which fixes to the outside of my backpack. How cool. Also can be ripped off the bag if needed as it fixes on with feltcrow. Absolutely spot on. Might get another for cooking kit.

Good product - robust, used for first aid kit when clearing trees

It's as described. It loses a star as the overall feel is fairly papery and it has torn in one spot internally already. It hasn't been used much but seems effective as is.

This is a fantastic molle rip-away medical pouch. It has multiple internal compartments for storing all your various medical supplies. I bought a Trauma IFAK last year and the only let down was the pouch. This is much better and enabled me to really organise my kit sensibly. There's much more space in this pouch as well, allowing for extra medical kit to be added to what was in the original kit. Excellent pouch and excellent value.

Well this is far better than I though... it's pretty big but perfect for my fire kit and all the little tool/fire bits I have for camping and the end of the world. Definitely worth getting.

For the price you can’t complain about this medical pouch. This pouch is a good size it’s made well and the materials are good. Plenty of space and compartments inside for your medical supplies and scissors etc etc. The rip-away is such a cool feature and handy. Highly recommended.
