For reference I'm 5'4" with curvy/athletic build and broad shoulders/big arms from lifting. My chest measures 43", waist 31" and hips 44". I'm normally need a L or XL in woven tops to fit my chest and shoulders. I ordered a large and it's perfect. As others mentioned, it's not overly warm. I plan to wear it in warmer weather when there's a slight chill, or indoors in cold offices. It could definitely be dressed up which I plan to do with it. My ONLY complaint, is you can't push or roll up the sleeves. I have short arms, so I habitually push up my sleeves, but this doesn't have enough room or stretch to do that.
