Great Form fitted case for OM-D-E M1 with lens
Great protective case. Two piece easy on/off case that is well made.Pros: Fits my OM-D-E M1 with 14-150 lens. Will fit the 14 - 42 and many other lens.Three snaps hold the lens cover in place. Unsnapping the two side snaps allows the cover to hang from the bottom snap so you can take pictures. Interior is soft to protect the camera. With the case on, the camera can be mounted to a tripod.Cons: The case must be removed to access the battery and HDMI and USB connection ports. Not a big issue as the two piece case is easily removed. Camera will not fit in the case with the Olympus supplied flash attached to the camera.I'm not sure the case material is real leather, but the material and hardware (snaps and mount screw) are high quality. Well worth the small investment.

Exactly what I was hoping for!
The leather protective case is just what I was hoping it would be. I don't enjoy hanging an expensive piece of photography equipment around my neck or over my shoulder without some sort of protection. I definitely don't want to carry a whole camera bag around all the time. This camera cover is perfect. It reminds me of the old leather protective camera covers of the past. I used it on my camera on a recent family vacation and was very glad to have it. I noticed when I looked closely at it upon my return that there several places that showed sign of contact with something hard and rough, i.e. a rock or block wall. I was glad the leather case was on the camera to protect it.
