Great value, but sometimes may notice a slight difference between 2 bands of the same color.

GREAT BANDS!!!
These bands are great for all sorts of workouts. Not only do I use them personally but I have been able to incorporate using these bands in my physical education classes. As a teacher, I try to incorporate all sorts of knowledge and gym equipment. These bands are versatile and rather I am traveling or teaching these bands are thrown into my bag. The resistance on each band is wonderful and my students have options to pick resistance.

These bands are great. I bought them for my home gym. I use them for everything from assisted pull-ups to leg kickbacks, to tricep push downs. They are very versatile.

My red band popped today 6-18-2020 while I was using it and I only had it since May 17, 2020.
