Q: Hello, is it hard plastic? the last bottle i had cracked when i dropped it. thank you.

It is at first then goes a little weak.

Q: Can you fill this with water and put it in freezer??, means it lasts all day In my work bag nice and cold

I personally wouldn't do this because I would be concerned it would crack. I might be wrong though. We put a full bottle in the fridge each night and top up with a load of ice the next morning. Works well. Can highly recommend this bottle though - it's durable and a great size.

Q: Is it dishwasher safe?

I have not put mine in the dishwasher, I will periodically give it a Milton (baby bottle stuff) soak, that seems to be enough of a clean.
