I used these purple lights on our Christmas Tree Festival tree. As it was a white tree, the lights looked fantastic on it. All lights had to be battery operated and these lasted 72 hours no problem and much longer after we took it home. The lights are on a wire so don't look bulky or particularly noticeable but give out a great light. Good product and good price

I bought red and purple for my room and they light up my room really well not too bright and not too dark Just the ritht amout if light I wanted.

Don’t last as long as I’d like, but for the money I can afford to replace

A couple of years ago the lights on my Christmas reindeer had stopped working and although I desperately wanted him to be light up as I love him, I wasn’t sure where to start as didn’t have a clue what kind of lights I needed in terms of correct voltage and safety etc. so, having yet another search on Amazon, I came across these which can be used around the home for various things. I am so glad I did as he now has a new refreshing look to him as is proudly lit up again.Initially in opening the pack I was disappointed and as you can see from the image, there didn’t appear to be many lights there…I thought there can’t be more then a metre or two there BUT once I opened them and unwound them, there was actually much more than I thought. I have never bought anything like these before so didn’t know what to expect…you do have to be so careful when j winding as they are like a thin copper wiring that could snap rather easily. I then wound them thr best I could around my reindeer…in hindsight I should have turned the lights on so I could see where they would light up as it seems I haven’t put any around the legs properly but nevertheless, he looks happy again and once the room lights are low on the evening, he lights up fabulously and gives off a lovely warm light…just what I wanted as didn’t want cold white light for atmosphere.Another thing I like is that they aren’t pesky batteries nor mains plug in as such buy a usb connection which is perfect for where I like to have him which is by my smart tv where I am able to plus the sub straight into the usb port in the back of the tv…no need to take up a much needed power point in the room.Recommended.
