Review: Great looking and easy to fit. - Baught these handles to replace the ones in the flat that had been their since before we moved in over 10 years ago, and the springs had started to fail and they looked shabby. Could have asked the letting agent to get landlord to replace them, but we decided we didn't want the sort of handles he would probably go for that would more than likely be the type you find in council houses around the UK. You know the type, a crome look with a flat handle that has a slight bend at the end. As you can see from the pictures of various stages we also painted the doors to refresh them even more. Fitting was easy enough, though some of the catches (bought from another seller) required a bit of chisseling to fit the original poorly made holes, this is obviously not down to either product but the cowboys that hung the doors originally. All the required parts were sent in the package with a nice touch being the allen key bolts that tighten onto the spindle for extra security. Very happy with my purchase and only time will tell just how good quality they are.

**Q: What is the measurement from the edge of the door to the middle of the spindle hole please?**
A: Hello,

The backset measurement (distance from edge of door to handle spindle hole) will depend on what size tubular latch or lock is used with the door handles.

We recommend a 76mm latch or lock for a lever on rose door handle, which will have a backset of 58mm.

However if a 64mm latch is used it will have a backset of 45mm.

**Q: Does this come with all the relevant fixing parts to fit handle onto the door?**
A: Yes, it does, it comes with a spindle and screws. If you are fitting to a new door you will need to buy a latch that goes inside the door.

**Q: Can't get the spindle into the existing spindle hole, what part do I need to purchase?**
A: I dint know , when I purchased them I didn’t need to buy anything else everything was there

**Q: Do you know the diameter of the round bit please**
A: Yes it is 50mm

A very good replacement handle for the original supplied when we had new internal doors fitted several years ago. Very easy to fit but be careful when screwing in as the supplied screws are not the best, hence the one star reduction. A good price and would definitely recommend.
