Communication not available
You cannot reach their customer support. I tried the phone number and web address. Phone has a message saying no longer in service while the web address says cannot deliver. No chance of getting typos when you copy and paste. I need to return it for a refund. The description stated it would fit my laptop model. Upon arrival it looked like a perfect fit. Unfortunately it was not. The part that interfaces into it was offset by about 5-10 mm. I'd prefer a swap if they do have the correct size though. I'm at a loss as to what to do from here. I'm about to eat the cost from here and buy one from someone else.
