Sooo cute. To bad the guy I gave it to left with taking it with him. It is adorable and worth it if someone likes penguins.

There are now two of these penguins in the family. It started as a joke gift, but my niece loved it so much that when we moved to a new house we bought a "cousin" for her to visit. They have names and backstories. If not for lack of floorspace, we would have more penguins. They are hilarious to look at (although quite dignified), soft and fun for kids to jump on / lean on / hug, and they mostly stand on their own if positioned properly. No matter the occasion, you can't go wrong with a 40" penguin.

This thing is insane!!!! It’s super huge taller than my 6 year old! My son asked for a penguin for christmas so I told him to make sure he writes Santa an asks for it. This thing is actual size of penguin and I’m telling my son it came straight from Santa and the north pole 😂😂 10/10 buy this!! I’m already shopping for a diffeeent animal for my other son I’m so impressed with this penguin!

when one thing lists “life size” most people expect it to be smaller than they expect, part of the conflation and rising expectations of a mental image of what you are buying. This doll on the other hand- it absolutely is a lifesized emperor penguin doll. i bought it for my niece to equal out her and her sisters chi ristmas gift costs and boy was i not disappointed. when the box arrived in front of my door i half wondered if the box that came up do my ribcage was entirely full of penguin. i hesitantly peeled the tape from the box and low and behold there was my niece’s size equivalent in the box. the doll itself is soft and light (to an anemic person with joint issues) and could barely fit in the gift bag i bought separately (it was large around that a flat measured bag, soon became inches shorter to accommodate the circumference of the doll) and when my sister saw it sitting onmy couch she immediately said “i, hate you.” 👍 would buy again if it was promised she wouldnt kill me for cluttering her house.

Totally Amazing Toy Made Christmas so joyful

Holy crap this thing is big. I did not anticipate it being this large. Im 5 foot and he comes up to my chest. Hes bigger than my 4 year old. Hes also fairly wide. I got it during a sale and it is a great bargain for what I paid. My 9 year old is obsessed with penguins and he is going to love it. I'd say this is good for any age above a year because he is big.

I mean, it's priced this much for a reason. Thing is amazing, it's huge, the different materials used to add textures is amazing, the thing has leather eyelids for crying out loud. WORTH THE MONEY!
