Gamechanger for miniature painting
I've been using mine for my 40k minis for a couple months now and I can definitely say they're the best investment I've made. I have to say I don't at all agree with the negative reviews on just about anything. 1. The lenses stay perfectly attached to the little piece that holds them, I've never had them fall out mid project. 2. The light is perfectly fine as long as you haven't gone several hours/days without charging it. I believe the light dims as it gets closer to running out of charge, but that being said, it has a very long battery life. 3. The lenses quality it perfectly clear and works AMAZINGLY. In fact I've not really had to use the other lenses because the default lense was exactly what I needed. 4. Its super easy to use, and its comfortable. Its not exactly rocket science, its very straight forward. The rubber nose pads are surprisingly very comfortable and don't irritate or press down on my nose at all. Its not to say some people may have gotten a bad product, but I certainly did NOT. I'd urge everyone who's getting into miniature painting to try this, and if you get a bad one, return it and get another one. I swear this thing is a life saver. Here are some photos of some of my miniatures that I've painted with it and my fiancé using it

I can see the tiny things!
I bought this head magnifier for close-up work, and it has exceeded my expectations. The interchangeable lenses make it easy to choose the right magnification for different projects, and the built-in LED lights provide bright, even illumination exactly where it's needed. The rechargeable battery is a huge plus, and the headset is lightweight enough to wear comfortably for extended periods. It's especially helpful for painting, jewelry making, reading fine print, or any hobby that requires precision. The lenses are easy to swap out, and being able to keep both hands free makes detailed work so much easier. If you're looking for an affordable, well-made magnifying headset, I highly recommend this one. It's become an essential tool for my crafting projects.

So Close To Great
I don't love this product, and I don't hate this product. If I could, I'd give it 2.5 stars. As it is, I went with 2 because while I won't be returning it, I certainly will not buy this product or from this brand again. To start, the good: It is kind of cool to have a hands free magnification and light source right on my head. No messing with magnifying glasses on articulating arms, no trying to get a good angle on the light. I like that they include multiple lenses with different magnification strengths. Though plastic, the lenses are very clear and magnify well. The bad: It uses a micro-usb cord to charge. This isn't the 2010s anymore folks. The LED is nice, but it could be a lot brighter. The lenses do not snap securely into the headset. They'll stay put from friction most of the time, but of course that moment when you're going in for the solder will always be the moment the lens falls out. It's very hard to tell which side of a lens is the front, and which side is the eye side. This is annoying if for not other reason than because these things are fingerprint magnets so you sometimes have to clean them twice before you can use them. The arms of the glasses are definitely made for smaller heads. They fit my size 7.5 melon, but only with some pressure pain on my temples, and I expect this will cause them to fail sooner or later. They call this a jeweler's loupe, but as nice as the lenses are for the price, there is no way in heck these would be the choice of any jeweler. For basic circuit work or reading small print, it's fine. All in all, if you budget is tight, this might be a decent temporary option. If you can though, spend just a bit more and get something much better.

Great head magnifier for precision work – lightweight and bright
I bought this YOCTOSUN head magnifier for detailed work and honestly it exceeded my expectations for the price. The first thing I noticed is how comfortable it is to wear, even for longer periods of time. The headband adjusts well and it doesn’t feel heavy, which is important when you’re working with both hands. The LED light is bright and very helpful when working in low-light environments. I also like that it’s rechargeable, so you don’t have to keep buying batteries. The interchangeable lenses are very useful because you can choose the magnification depending on the task. I’ve used it for: • small electronics repair • inspecting tiny parts • detailed hobby work and it works great. Another big advantage is that it keeps both hands free, which makes working much easier compared to holding a regular magnifying glass. Pros ✔ Bright LED light ✔ Rechargeable battery ✔ Multiple magnification lenses ✔ Comfortable to wear ✔ Great for detailed work Cons The only small downside is that it takes a few minutes to get used to the correct viewing angle, but after that it feels natural. Final Thoughts For the price, this is a very useful tool for hobbyists and professionals alike. If you work with small parts or need extra magnification, this is definitely worth buying.

Great Tool for Detailed Micro-Work
This summer, I raised two generations of tobacco hornworms/sphinx moths in a large butterfly enclosure. I provided them with petunias since these moths prefer to lay their eggs on nightshades. Afterward, I used these magnificent magnifying glasses to find the virtually microscopic eggs so I could gently collect them. This task would have been extremely difficult without the aid of these lenses and the built-in adjustable light, which lasts a long time between charges.

Really good magnifier
I have owned several other styles of head magnifiers, mostly the banded ones with fixed lens position. My wife has gotten a bunch of books lately that have small print and I thought this might be a better solution. It has some great advantages. First it has multiple magnification lenses, easy to swap and adjustable positions. Second they will fit over glasses. They have a reading light that can be adjusted as well. They are very light to wear. In a way they function a bit like reading glasses most people use. When you look straight out, there is nothing in the field of vision so you can see as normal. When you look down, you look through the magnifiers. This makes them very usable in real applications. Band type magnifiers can work well but they are always in your field of vision and you have to move them up to see distant things. So my wife now has two of these for reading in her study upstairs and in the living room downstairs. They are a real game changer for her. No longer need to return books if the print is not large enough (lots of 6 or 8 pitch fonts) or clear enough. I also bought a pair for my work bench. They will fit over my glasses. I am very happy with my purchases and we have sent out links to friends and relatives to try these out.

Good but didn’t last long for me
These lasted just over a year with light, once-a-week use on average. They worked great for my needs during that time, but the plastic frame suddenly snapped in a strange spot on the side arm today. Tape wouldn't hold it together. I know they are inexpensive, but I still expected them to last longer given how gently they were used. Great while they lasted, but disappointed by the brittle plastic.

It functional and Lite on the Head and Neck.
When I took the head magnifier glasses out of the box, I thought it was a toy because it was smaller than what was shown in the ad. I gave it a try and it blew me away. It is lite on the head which makes for less strain on the neck, even with the lens inserted. You will forget you have it own. If you wear glasses, you know what I mean. I am so glad I can switch between the number of provided lenses and that they come in their own case. The lens are easy to insert and remove from its notch on the glasses as well as adjust to see where you needed them to. I am using the head magnifier to work with small jewelry parts, like crimp beads, crimp bead covers, seed beads and opening and closing jump rings. I can see what I am doing so much more clearly with this head magnifier which means less chasing smaller seed beads. The quality of these glasses are great. It will take much stretching of the arms to break them if you just want to use the arms instead of the headband that is included. I prefer the glasses arms because I can pull it off easily or just lift the lens bracket, to get my next item. These magnifying glasses are very functional, thus, useful for the other crafts I do also, like weeding vinyl when I work on small cricut crafts. Oh, if you ever need more light, just push the button on top of the glasses. Two pushes on the button will give you more light. Overall, if I could, I will give these glasses a ten. I know I will get my money worth and more from these glasses.

Little flimsy but does the job
I bought these since I needed magnification with lightening and having my hands free. Overall I am OK w/ the result although not getting the magnification I hoped for. Regarding magnification values - it follows the rule that these are generously exaggerated for most magnification products on Amazon. For the “3.5x” I can see linear magnification 1.7x-1.8x and area magnification around 3x. All lenses were w/o surface issues, the LED and battery so far work, there is a tightening band and lens cleaning cloth in the set For 28EUR the construction seems weak (too thin plastic in some places which may be OK for aesthetics but not great for robustness of a tool). Also the part to which the different lenses are attached seems to be a weak point. From what I see, this part will lose its holding properties after some small number of lenses exchanging. So the way I intend to use the glasses is to put the lenses which I would use the most and avoid removing or changing them. Perhaps I will even glue them. For my situation this will be kind of OK but for somebody else could be an issue. Update: The product failed after less than 1 hour total use, indeed the way the lenses are attached is poor, although not in the way I expected. What happened is that during use I pushed up the lenses, they somehow dismounted and fell on the ground and the mounting hook broke. So I lost the highest magnification option already. Indeed, permanent gluing seems to be the way to go…

Parfait
