This matcha is of great quality especially at the price point. 8 oz last me about a month. I drink atleast a tablespoon everyday. My breath never stinks and I swear I feel so much better drinking this instead of coffee. This is my preworkout drink. I start my day with it. I pretty much drink it all day with cold water.

This matcha is smooth and mixes very nicely into my smoothies and baking. I like that it's organic.

Good matcha tastes "complex, rich, aromatic, astringent, and leaves an alluring sweetness post-drinking". Instead, this Japanese matcha is very weak per serving, and tastes grassy, chalky, one-note/zero complexity, and acrid instead of sweet. Not gonna lie, it actually tastes a lot like dirt. That, and it's way too coarsely ground resembling tiny sand particles in your drink. And unlike normally making a layer of foam on the top after making a cup, this never does that. It's really strange.To get any flavor in this, I have to do 2 non-heaping teaspoons per 20oz water. Oh god, it's flavor is unbearable and needs ~25 stevia drops (aka 1 heaping tablespoon sugar?) to take the edge off.I'm happy it's organic and from Japan (only buy Japanese matcha btw UNLESS proof of good grower/supplier quality), and it's a good value per ounce, but the quality of this is horrible. Only bake with it; don't even bother drinking it. I've tried Riu Mei matcha, now THAT is good matcha, and not that worse of a price per ounce (even if their shipping and customer service are lacking).

I love matcha!! This product was a great price for the quantity (may go up- but, when I purchased it the price was GREAT).The quality, no matter how I prepare it, there’s a constant grainy texture in drink.

The most awful thing I have ever tried. I love matcha but whatever was in this bag was more like ground up swamp mud. The foul BITTER after taste after one tiny sip lasted over an hour!

"MAY CONTAIN..." leaves me concerned about how peanut residue is in the product. I am highly allergic to peanuts. Symptoms are labored breathing, an uncomfortable tingling in my mouth, and nausea. A Yupik company spokesperson told me their facility has peanut dust in the air. They cannot control possible contamination.
