It’s cute... it moves and might need to be secured to the wall. But you are getting what you paid for.the wood was chipped on the corners, seems to be a constant complain. Maybe they need to wrap the items better and with more foam for the corners, maybe the whole corner. The package was super beat up when we got it. It could also be how it’s handle. But the outcome is cute for the price. I love it.

Pros:- the bench is good quality, metal frame and sturdy shelves- was fairly easy to assemble, fortunately, because you’re on your own with this. Instruction sheet was no help.- nice and wide with six hooks for hanging coatsCons:- useless instruction sheet; unfamiliar terminology and it doesn’t tell you to insert the hanging rod before you put the rest of it together- useless tools sent with the kit (for example, a Phillips screw driver with no handle)- holes for the hooks must be redrilled because they’re too small; screwing in the hooks is very labor-intensive and time-consuming- the hanging rod is too big for the holes it’s meant to fit inside of; they must be enlarged to fit correctly

This is a great hall tree. It is easy to assemble, took me about 20-30 minutes without any help. It frees up a lot of space and doesn't take up a lot of floor space. The bench is sturdy and I sit on it to put my shoes on without any issues (I am 180 lbs). The top shelf can be rotated slightly, so I typically only put light items temporarily on the shelf as I don't want anything to fall off. Some of the markings to mount the coat hooks were a little crooked, but it's not too noticeable once coats are on them. I would highly recommend this hall tree.

My prior closet shelf was bought in Ikea with a disappointing experience. It became slant after I put clothes on the rack, then I had to look for a new closet. I compared several items but this one is my favorite. I have a black dressing table in my bedroom, and I also want a black closet to match it. I received it in two days after I placed order and It is easy to install. My 16-year-old sister and I had no problem putting it together. It is very sturdy and I enjoy having the cubbies on the side. It has 4 roomy areas that can be used for direct storage right on the shelves. I used it to put my bath towels, bags, and shoes. It provides more than enough space for my personal clothes and some small things.The quality is much better than I imagined. Anyway, it worth the price.

Product is okay... for the price I expected something a bit more heavy duty. It works for what we wanted it too. I just don’t count on it lasting for more then a few years. Assembly was a NIGHTMARE!!! I had my neighbor and husband helping me (Yes we were all sober and No we are not idiots, well most of the time!) It still took longer then anything I’ve ever assembled before! There was no words on the instructions just a few pictures and they weren’t even very clear. Biggest issue was holes were not drilled on some of the wood pieces. The holes on the wood for the hooks had to drill again because they were crooked... oh and some of the hooks themselves had no holes! Either way we got it together and it serves it’s purpose which is why I’m giving it three stars.

This shelf was somewhat easy to assemble, I’m guessing if I had all of the parts to it that it would’ve been easier. I tried to contact the company with no response for weeks. It is a little wobbly, but I got my own wall mounting kit and was able to get it secured to the wall. Had to purchase my own screws for the hooks as well because those were also missing. Overall a decent shoe rack, would’ve been better if all of the parts had come with it.

The product came as described and has been handy to have inside our door to put on shoes and hang jackets. The bench is rated around 250lbs if I remember correctly and I definitely don't think I'd put much more than that on there as the bench has some definite bend as you sit (I'm around 240). The main reason for the lower rating though is that the top portion joins to the bottom section and really doesn't have much support where you join the pieces together. It was already slightly leaning just from the weight of the top overhang. Then we put jackets on it and it leaned some more. I've never felt like it was going to fall over or break, but I'd like to see some more reinforcement at that joint.

I stressed over finding an entry way shoe & coat rack. After searching through dozens of similar racks, I stumbled across this gem. The fact that I didn’t have to anchor it to that wall pushed me over the edge, and I’m glad I spent the extra $40~$50. The material appears to be high quality, everything fit together as it should, and it only took about 30 to 40 minutes to assemble. My only gripe is with the instructions, which aren’t very clear or helpful.All in all, the final product looks good and it’s easy enough to assembly and move around.
