## Features

- ESSENTIAL PIZZA OVEN ACCESSORY: Our Perforated Peel Features many of the same advantages as our classic peel, but the addition of the slits and ridges, means that any excess flour will fall through, which will prevent it from burning in your oven.
- PIZZA PREP – The high quality, aluminium perforated pizza paddle is the professional’s tool of choice - Giving all pizza lovers the perfect surface to stretch out dough, add their favourite toppings and launch it in their Ooni Pizza oven! Just remember to sprinkle your Ooni pizza peel with flour beforehand to help your perfect pizza to slide with ease.
- READY, SET & LAUNCH – With the added benefit of perforations that allow excess flour to fall away and steam to quickly evaporate. Helping you create your own great pizza every time! When you retrieve your pizza from the oven after cooking, steam will pass through the slits, which will help your pizzas be crispier and tastier!
