Keeps Roaches Away Temporarily
The scent offends roaches, so it keeps them away. However, this is true while it lasts. They come back when the scent wears off.

It definitely works
I don't like using pesticides or poisoned bait or anything like that, especially outside, which is where we needed the repellent the most. I like this spray because I know it's not gonna poison local wildlife and it's not going to hurt me or my pets. If we use it regularly (thoroughly spraying about once a week, or after every storm) we don't see a single roach in our stairwell outside. If you plan to use it in an outdoor area like I did, I recommend spraying a few hours ahead of when you plan to be out there. The roaches tend to evacuate rather than outright drop dead

After almost 3 weeks of use, I’m neither thrilled nor disappointed with this product. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the strong peppermint fragrance. I find that perfectly tolerable. While the spray has reduced roach traffic in my apartment, it hasn’t stopped it completely. And that’s with two applications per week. We’ll see how it performs going forward.

Absolutely horrible lingering smell that you will regret using. DO NOT BUY THIS VERSION.
I use the Mighty Mint with ONLY peppermint in it, and I bought this b/c it was maybe a dollar cheaper. It is DISGUSTING. It is good for spraying on bugs you see to get to the ground to kill them and poisons them, but this is not like Advion or any other poison that will help inhibit a nest. This scent is horrible, it causes headaches, and the gerianol is a putrid addition. Not only that, where the peppermint also causes headaches but dissipates quickly, this Mighty Mint variety stays on for hours. It smells like poison - like turpentine. It lingers on clothes. It is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY THIS VERSION. I've used the peppermint-only version and am satisified, but this gets on surfaces and actually seems to linger on skin and hair (like in a bathroom). It is too disgusting to keep in the house or use. I don't know why companies insist on putting gerianol in these "natural" roach sprays, it might as well be Raid.

It works!!!!
It works and it leaves an aroma of mint and the typical roach spray smell. Haven't seen a bug since I started using it.

Smell is nice but doesn't work 100%
This doesn't repel roaches to a huge degree as it claims to. I sprayed this every second day for a couple weeks on my balcony and all the way around the balcony door frame. After it dries up (1-2h) it doesn't seem to greatly affect the roaches and they still want to explore into my home. The smell is pleasant but strong of mint. I can confirm that if you spray this on the roach directly they will pretty much flip on their backs XD. So it is a good alternative to those toxic sprays (eg, Raid, Mortein). It was good to test out this product but I feel like I need to keep searching for something that works for my needs.
