A: Yes, but only to the factory holes in the side rails. My 2016 Kia Sorento has two hole locations for each the front and rear cross bars.

A: Yes, it fits the 2017. I just got my 2017 Kia Sorento have on my car now, like them.  Hoping it hold the Xcargo storage we got to use for our upcoming vacation.

A: My Kia cane with the rails but not the bars that go across. The bars that I ordered came with instructions and it fairly simple to I stall them. I have used them several times with a large cargo box and they worked great.
