They do change a bit , you will also feel the difference, plus they recommend you change them every 6 months , with the first box you get a free change , then you can buy them on their own or subscribe to a delivery every 6 months so you don’t forget , Hope this helps

Does it really increase the water pressure?

No, this doesn’t increase water pressure!! I have rubbish water pressure, like a garden hose, and this made no difference, perhaps even worse.
