Pros: I've got several colors of this brand. The biggest plus to it is that the contents of the polish are as safe as you'll find on the market. The smell is pleasant and non chemical. It will remove with alcohol. Enough layers of the polish and I can peel it off if I have to. The colors really are gorgeous. The chemical list of commercial polish is unsettling, I put my fingers in my mouth sometimes, I don't want to risk eating any of it. It'll stay forever on my toes and that's generally what I keep painted all the time. If you are health conscious, it's a must have. Cons: Have to do touch ups daily on hands. I read somewhere that it's best to let it cure, meaning don't do the dishes right after painting it. So maybe paint at night before bed. I work as a painter, and use my hands alot around the house, so it doesn't last. I don't like haven't to fuss so much with my nails, so I generally only paint fingernails when I've got an event or something. It would drive me nuts to have to do touch ups all the time. So I've never kept polish on my hands because I've had that issue with both commercial and this brand. The clear coat of this brand is a good alternative for fingernails that have a heavy workload. After a week, it does yellow. Requires less maintenance on hands than the color, but still some maintenance ever 4-7 days.

This polish applies well and is gives a really nice colour. However! Even with or without the prime and seal, it chips and lifts off the edges within two days. The prime and seal makes it bubble no matter how long you wait. I've tried with and without the seal and it chips very quickly either way. Removal is a whole different nightmare. I tried using the gel removal method I use to get dip nails and gel polish off (wrapping nails in acetone and letting it sit) and even that didn't work. I then caved and baught the remover for this brand and that didn't work either. How can something chip so easily yet be so difficult to remove fully. I wish I loved this because the colour payoff is nice and it is odorless. But the two day manicure is just not worth the trouble, the nail damage from removal or money.

Clean polishes will never have the same longevity as more toxic polishes, and this polish performs as well as other clean polishes. There are a few tricks that will improve endurance. Use Piggy Paint base/top coat. Also, use a hair dryer on a medium heat setting for roughly 30 seconds between coats. Lastly, try to time your manicure so that you will not need to immerse your hands in water for a good while afterwards. I get the best results by doing it just before bed so the polish has as long as possible to cure. If your goal is to use the cleanest polish possible, this polish is an excellent choice. If longevity is more important to you than the ingredients used, this may not be your favorite. For my priorities, I find it to be a great polish.

I purchased this product and used only the color coat and it flaked off within 24 hours. I then decide to purchase the primer/sealer to see if that would help with the issue. I applied the primer/sealer then the color coat then the primer/sealer. It has lasted 5 days so far without even a chip. ABSOLUTELY purchase the primer/sealer along with the color if you want to use this product. I also purchased the remover and love it. It took off the remaining polish without a harsh smell. Picture is after 5 days of wear.

I love the Honeybee brand for their lack of toxic ingredients, but I did not like this product. I tried to...honestly. It chipped worse than any nail polish I have used. I applied another application, and it chipped even worse. It didn't even last an hour the first application and same with the second application. Both times it was dry, but I was still careful. Then when I went to remove the remaining polish, it was difficult to do. I would have laughed if it wasn't so pitiful. I won't return it but I will give it to one of my granddaughters who don't seem to mind chipped polish.

Loved that this was more natural and no chemical smell. I used it just on my toes and it went on nice. Since it was my toes, the polish did not chip easily however when I went to remove it after a couple weeks, it would not come off. I ended up just chipping it off with my fingernails which is not ideal.

I appreciate this stuff but it can go on a little streaky if you dont do enough coats (which look too intense on my skin—on fair skin it looked almost too pale-almost white colored pearl vs natural pinky pearl. But I do like it and the brand.

I bought this to sandwich between magnetic nail polish and quick dry top coat. This does the job well, without dispersing the orientation of the magnetic particles in my final coat. It does take a bit longer to dry and your manicure is “soft” for longer afterwards, even after using a QDTC. If you’re not careful for around an hour afterwards, you can end up with small impressions in your lacquer. Pictured is Bee’s Knees Lacquer in It Doesn’t Know Any Better, But You Do. You can see tiny impressions on the tips of the index and middle finger from my not being careful enough during dry down. I used a ridge filling and sticky base coat along with two thin unmagnetized coats of polish (this hue is sheer) with 24 hours of dry time before doing a medium coat of magnetized lacquer along with DRK Nails Magic Effect and an electric glass bead magnetic tool before using this water based top coat and following, after a 10-15 minute dry time, with a QDTC.

Doesn't really have any colour, but gives a nice shine to nails. Odorless and dry quick.

Sono anni che compro solo smalto di questa marca perché è l'unico smalto completamente atossico che abbia un risultato esteticamente bello e garantisca una lunga durata (a me dura anche più di una settimana). Si stende facilmente e si uniforma subito, è iper pigmentato e rimane bello lucido anche senza top coat. Colore esattamente come in foto, perfetto sia per le occasioni eleganti che per un look dark. Super consigliato!

I like that it's all natural but nail polish does not stay. Within 15 minutes it started to chip.

Does not last long on the nail :(
