nice item
very fast shipping and delivery, the items seems very well made, and it has a unique pattern that will probably hold in place....im actually impressed and not impressed by the packaging method, the package is way to big for the item and plastic bubbles were used to fill up the void in the box,the product is meant to go on the ground..no need for the extreme care wich results in more production of plastic.lets be eco-concious..my comment is not intented as mallicious.

stability
used at the beach in st.John, USVI. worked well until a strong gust of wind pulled it out of the sand. Not sure of the velocity of the wind, but seemed very strong.

Sturdy and digs in deep
Twists in pretty deep but in wet sand it takes a pretty good amount of work to get it all the way in. Once in it holds very well

Not for my beach
I live on the north shore of Long Island and our beach is rocky with sand. It was difficult to screw in the anchor. I could not get it in deep enough to be stable.

Easy to turn, dug in well
This worked very well in the sand. It was easy to turn and dug down deep. It’s very nice that it can adjust for any size umbrella. We did try using it at a lake, that they made into a beach front, and it didn’t work so well in that gravely “sand” but honestly, I don’t think anything does.

Doesn't really go far enough in the sand for winds over 10 MPH
Beachgoer Sand Anchor Auger. Doesn't really go far enough in the sand for winds over 10 MPH. Otherwise well made. Takes some effort to get fully in ground as sand gets harder deeper. Needs to be longer, but then would be even harder to get in the ground.

strong
It held the umbrella well, even in strong wind. It's quite difficult to get in twisted into the sand for some reason.
