Carson Care Free Curl Instant Moisturizer With Glycerin & Protein, 8.5 Fl oz

This was my favorite moisturizer. For natural hair. But of course they stopped making it 🙄

I buy when I have a curl. But havent had for a while.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the only moisturizer spray I've used in my natural curls for years. The problem is availability. Not sure why Softsheen doesn't sell them in beauty supply stores or anywhere else feasible for me online. But the price is ridiculously high. I don't need to use a lot at a time, so I'm doing my best to make it last. Other sprays are too greasy or heavy.

I am a big fan of natural hair care and even though this item is not 100% natural it works for my hair. I don't apply this product no where near my scalp!!! I usually put my hair in a pony tail and use this product, a leave in conditioner and my oil to seal in the moisture for the shaft of my hair only. This product works great for my baggy methods..after I put my hair in a ponytail I spray only the shaft(just the ponytail itself) of my hair with this spray, I then oil my ponytail and I tie a small plastic bag or processing cap over the shaft of my hair the baggy method and the Care free Curl moisturizes my hair all day. My hair has grown to mid back length doing this protective style(the baggy method) with the Care Free Curl and I would recommend this item...I gave this item a 4 out of 5 because it's not natural but I do like the fact that water is the number one ingredient and glycerine is the third which is not bad.

I use this religiously, some how it grows my hair in the midst of all that, love love

This is a great moisturizer for my hair. I love soft sheen products. Beauty store no longer carries them.

This product is hard find. It is almost always unavailable. Purchase when you can and buy all

This product makes my hair so soft. And it has a mild smell. I love it

I have 4c hair this made my hair very soft but it is water based so it did cause some shrinkage.

Arrived on time - thank you but not followed the delivery instruction correctly completely. Items not secured very well but luckily arrived safely.

I brought this for my daughter whom is mixed race with/ 3b/3c, kinky coily curly hair. I noticed that it can become very dry sometimes especially during the Summer. So , I brought her this to keep her natural hair moisturised , it's non greasy so it's great for her hair. The ONLY problem that I found with it is the nozzle, it's not so much of a spray, it's more of a dribble? Definitely does NOT come out as I expected or my daughter experienced? But other than that, it's a good product for moisturising afro 4b/ 4c and 3b/ 3c coily hair. Definitely recommend.
