How are you suppose to prep for the wrap? As in, drink alot of water the day before, dont have any lotion on..?

I drink 3 liters of water per day the day of and two days after. I shower, exfoliate the area I'm treating (belly) and make sure the area is dry. Apply wrap and wrap with cellophane. I wear overnight-about 8-9 hours. I'm doing wrap number three tonight and continue to be thrilled. I've now lost 4.5 total inches-no joke. I'm also doing 100 crunches per night but no other real exercise. Good luck

I slept in it for about 8 hours and when I took it off, it was a gooey mess and hard to get off. Is that suppose to happen?

I've been using these wraps for about 2 months and every time I've tookin it off it always leave a gooey resedue. So I guess it's part of the process.

Do I need to buy anything else along with this product?
