## Questions & Answers

**Q: What level would you recommend for a man**
A: Depends how strong you are. Maybe try 30 kg and send back if not hard enough for you and get 40kg.

**Q: Can a woman start off with 30kg?**
A: I would think so if you have or are already doing some level of training regime. The equipment is well made and if you do find the 30Kg is too much contact their customer service which I personally and other purchases have found to be outstanding.

**Q: 30kg or 40kg ? benchpress 35kg, shoulder press 25kg and seated back row 32kg, bicep curls 15kg barbell. 15 reps**
A: 40kg definitely the resistance isn't as high as stated

**Q: Will it be too strong for a lady beginner**
A: There’s 3 different strengths to buy the 1st one would be suitable for a lady beginner hope this helps
