I love this umbrella. It is easy to crank up and down. The color is exactly what I wanted. The lights are great at night. For the prices this umbrella is worth every penny.

Straight outta the box one of the wires are cut. This makes me so sad because I don’t wanna have to wait for a replacement. If you see in my photos, it looks like something caught all 4 of those wires in the same spot, but one was sliced. I decided to set it up anyway and see if this was a problem, but I am bummed this is broken right upon opening.I set it up because I am in need of an umbrella, so the size is great. It snaps into the bottom pole and it’s very secure even with the slight wind and gusts at times that I’m experiencing today.The lights do all work, despite the one cable being cut. I’m not sure if they should maybe be brighter and that cut cable is preventing that.I also really love that it has the strap on the outside to tie around the umbrella when not in use. The materials seems strong and durable. Which is nice. And the color matches my chairs perfectly!I’m gunna test this out for a while and see if that cut wire makes any difference. If I think it’s a problem, I’ll have to contact the seller for a replacement.

Hello all,Hopefully no matter which product you choose it is perfect!!! my story starts out with a 11' Solar umbrella I purchased for a gift. at Christmas for(My 83yr old aunty) whom loves to sit in the back garden enjoying her flowers, We just opened on Easter weekend after getting patio all ready for the season. only to realize there was NO Solar Cap on the top! It was missing!!! So i contacted customer service to explain my problem, they immediately answered ask for order# and a picture. and are sending out a new one!!! I will definitely buy from them again. The product is top notch! beautiful color, well made. and the Customer Service here his definitely on top of their game!!!
