I drink this on a regular basis mixed with Wow Liquid Iron and it has made a big difference helping to keep my iron in the normal range. I only like the raspberry flavor which pairs well with the iron raspberry flavor. It mixes well and dissolve easily in cold water. No side effects or negative reactions. I like that it comes in packets so it’s already measured out and you can take it with you when you’re on the go. I think it also helps with my energy level so I will continue to take it

Everyone in our family loves this! It’s easy to drink, but we especially enjoy it mixed with cold water and ice. It’s so refreshing that way. I love this stuff. I have a grandchild and she seems to constantly bring home colds, but as long as I take this and some vitamin D&K, I don’t get sick. I forget to take it for a week and did get a cold. So, I have made this a daily ritual. I think it tastes pretty good too. When I go to the gym, I mix a packet of this in with LMNT. It makes a pretty good sports drink.

My sons and I drink this every morning! It is great for your immune system. We hardly ever get sick if even at all. It’s easy to use because it’s just a power that dissolves in water and tastes like a juice. There are several flavors but our favorite is raspberry.

This is a great product. I like the fizziness. I do think it is effective. I am an elementary school teacher and it seems to keep the germs at bay. It mixes easily into water. Although it's palatable , I don't love the raspberry flavor- I prefer the orange.

I love it. I kept getting a cold and everyone told me to up my vitamin c. I don't like the taste of orange and I saw the berry flavor (not sold in stores by me). I only take one or two a week, the taste is great and I mix it with my sprite. So far, no more seasonal colds or allergies bugging. I would buy again

Tastes great, in convenient one portion sachets, great for travelling and on the go. I mix one sachet into a glass of cold sparkling mineral water, makes for a great, healthy, low calorie "sweet" drink to satisfy sweet cravings. Have tried both this one and the acai berry, they are both good!
