A friend mentioned that she ate something made from chickpeas and I thought I would check out some things that I could eat and I found the Biori. I like the flavor. I think if I cook it a little bit longer than the box says I will like the texture. It was chewy, more al dente than I like, and it seems to be a bit thicker than the wheat pasta - but, as you see, I gave it a five because this is a product that I will eat again and again!
