Nevertheless, I may not use it for cakes and pies, but Still this tiny shovel-shaped utensil can be a perfect a measuring or tea caddy spoon for serving loose tea leaf and green tea powder from canisters.It is also a nice alternative accent piece for sugar cube tongs. Although it's a little heavy due to its high-quality metal spoon paddle, the wooden handle is sturdy and makes the whole piece easily manageable.Looking at it, the stainless steel's sleek finish somehow could pass for a sterling silver quality. I would say that the spoon stainless steel section is smoothly polished and looks elegant as a decorative accessory or souvenir item; but it would be a shame not to use it as an eating utensil.I received it as a free sample and above is my honest comment.
