I got through this bag of pasilla chillies really quickly! Used them to make several batches of sopa azteca for canning. Also, really good chopped into strips & deep fried for 30 seconds as a crunchy, delicious soup topping. Will be buying more!

schmeckt so wie ich es aus texas kenne. mit den anderen zutaten ergibt es ein top chili,man muss diesen geschmack allerdings auch mögen. und da ich 1 - 2x im jahr in houston bin mag ich diesen geschmack. top

Il prezzo è esagerato, ma non mi sento di incolpare il fornitore, in quanto il peperoncino Pasilla, in Italia, è purtroppo qualcosa di raro e quasi introvabile. Vi serve, però! Se volete fare una bella preparazione messicana a casa vostra, soprattutto una lunga cottura di carni rosse.

Les mêmes piments qu’au Mexique mais bien plus chers et bien moindres! Un vrai goût de trop peu. Ils font une belle addition à mon armoire à épices mais c’est dommage qu’il n’y en ai pas plus!
