Why did you pick this product vs others?:LOVE! I read the reviews which all sounded positive. Im vegan and this is an amazing way to get extra protein. I added to my black bean burgers this week to get 20g total of protein in each burger. This is amazing! You cant even taste it!

If you are making whole wheat or rye breads this is the perfect ingredient to use to lighten the bread. I use whole wheat flour and rye flour for my bread. I also add flax meal and hemp hearts. This keeps the loaf light and pleasant to the palate. Without it my loaf would be a brick. As I can verify from past brick loafs. I use 100 grams in a two pound loaf and it makes all the difference in the world.

Oh wow I’m so surprised but pleasantly surprised…this has been a dream for me as a vegan to make my own seitan….!Other recipes seemed so involved…& too much work!ok I’m lazy. Cooking for my family for over 50+ years…I’m done! But I still cook. Not everyday.since being vegan for a few decades…it’s my responsibility to to cook healthier.So I made my first batch in my beans new Nreville. food processor…I pan fried it and added some onions. Seasoning. …wow delicious. Ow I can make this any day. Everyday…and could not do this without Anthony’s WHEAT Gluten. High protein & this was on the back on the package!!! Genius….

Awesome for making heathy, high protein bagels. It tastes great, and is shelf stable. Definitely worth the money.
