I’ve had the razor for a few weeks now and haven’t had any problems with it or even had to charge it yet. It works great; It has all the extensions I could need and used in combination can get down to a pretty close shave if that’s what you’re going for. The razor itself has a nice weight and has a metal body that gave it the look which convinced me to buy it in the first place.BUT there are a few problems I had with it. The display screen shows when you turn it on, but rather than indicate battery level as expected, it just indicates whether it’s time for a charge. This was always a bonus feature to me so not a big problem that it turned out to be mostly unhelpful.The second minor flaw was the travel case. It’s well made but nearly useless. It’s much larger than needed and has only two small mesh pockets on the inside. Almost immediately I transferred my razor to a much smaller bag that has been much easier to travel with.Overall I’m happy with my purchase and would consider buying again in the future if there aren’t any options with better screen features.

I really liked the product. I was able to use it and it came fully charged. JUST AMAZING!

Once you get the hang of putting the attachments on it works fairly good. Much better as a beard trimmer than as an electric shaver.

This is a very handsome set. Looks great on the counter. Problem is, they aren’t very sharp. Like not at all. After 2 uses I’ve given up on them and plugged my old set back in.

I gave it 4 stars because it still pulls occasional hair instead of cutting. It wakes you in the morning fast when you get facial hair pulled.

I have used Wahl beard trimming products for years. Recently, when I tried to recharge my Wahl beard trimmer, the receptacle on the bottom of the unit came loose and went somewhere out of reach inside. That's when I decided to get something different, and I am happy to report that this seems to be a quality product.As long as it lasts a long time, I will not be going back to Wahl. I cannot comment on the durability, but it works well and offers great value.

I was expecting a 1 5mm guard.. lowest was 3mm...was very disappointed about that

Could not tell from the picture but the "U" head is quite a bit wider than I thought it to be; much too wide to trim my mustache. As mentioned in another review, the base included is not the one shown in the picture. Also not sure of the charging. I like the ides the base can be used as a charging station, but am unsure if leaving the body plugged in continuously will destroy the battery life or not. I bought this one to replace one that when left on charge for more than three or four hours completely killed the battery. Am considering whether to return it or not.

great shaver.. bought it for my boyfriend. he likes that different attachments.
