Bought for running. Tested and in the first run it was slightly raining but that didn't affect at all the torch. It is enough bright. PROS - The ON/OFF sensor is more practical than what I was expecting. - The sealed body is a plus under the rain. - The in body battery means that it is light and that you do not have to buy any more batteries. - Size: it is a small and light torch (exactly what I was looking for). CONS - The tilt adjustment is not enough, at least in POV. I would have liked to have the option of tilt more. Even at the more open position, the torch enlightens at 2.5 / 3 mt in front of me (if I keep my head straight). - The ON/OFF sensor can be accidentally activated by any other element closer than 10 cm to your face.

This is so good, same price as battery options but so much better when you consider you never have to buy batteries again. Use it for running and walking and never had an issue. The hand sensor (so you can turn off / on) by waving you hand in front is a nice feature. Easy to charge and never had an issue with it running out (not sure how many hours a charge last as I tend to charge after every 3-4 uses just in case). For the price there is nothing better

Really useful for running at night. Good range of brightness, lightweight so not uncomfortable to wear when running and battery life seems good. Even used for some diy activities.

I really like this!! The headtorch is USB chargeable. I use it a couple of times a night - popping out to walk the dog, and feed the animals and wildlife... maybe 20- 30mins per night.. and the charge has lasted all week with no signs of dimming... (so I'm not able to say yet whether the torch will dim when battery gets low, or if it will just switch off, as some chargeable torches that I have do) but I am really really happy with the brightness. The sensor on/off option is really useful, if you're working with your hands outdoors and maybe don't want to touch it and get it dirty, then thats the option for you.... And I love the option to have three different brightness settings. I haven't found a reason to need the strobe function... (and can't think why a person would need that...?) it's comfy to wear, it doesn't slip around, so you can run without it sliding about. You can angle the light at various degrees from shining straight ahead, to the beam directly lighting the path in front of you. I've used it in rainy weather and it functioned really well. It's a really good buy, and perfect for me out with the dog, or jogging , or pottering around outside and wanting to keep my hands free... would recommend

I use it for walking the dog across the golf course and around the bay. Its dark when I finish work in the winter months. The range of the beam is variable which is ideal for when the dog wanders off too far I change to maximum but most of the time its on low to medium, Just enough to see Im not stepping into ant holes. Long range is also good for checking out that there is nothing ahead like foxes. Sits on my head on top of my hat perfectly. Angle adjustment is ideal and saves having to bow your head to see the ground in front of you. The sensor function is great with just a wave of the hand its on and another wave its off again. This is the fourth one I have bought as I have gave one away to my neice. Use one for dog walking and another for when I'm working on electrical items close up. I fully recommend this and don't think you will regret purchasing this.No battery to replace as it charges with usb. Remember when you had to hold a torch in your teeth when you ran out of hands.

This is now in my hill sack as an emergency light as it is small, compact, waterproof and has a rechargeable built in battery. The light is bright enough to be used to walk off the hill when the occasion arises and ideal for camping purposes. I wouldn't use it or depend on it in a Scottish winter as it is not strong enough and the battery only lasts about three hours but for a £11 head torch with a useable built in sensor it is a bargain. It will do me for 90% of the outdoor things I do summer hiking, camping and running. It also appears to be quite well made. If it doesn't last I will update my review. Great stuff!

Lightweight and a bit flimsy looking. However, nice and bright and the battery lasts long enough for a decent run. The hand movement detection thing is annoying and useless; it dies work but I can’t personally see the point. Rechargeable battery is a nice feature,

We were using petzel tokina but needed replacement. I was dubious at the claims at the price. I needn't have, far superior in so many ways to the petzel equivalent and much much cheaper. WE use our headtorches all the time, and more so when camping, this is more than bright enough to take on that path through woods and field back from the village pub, or fill the hot water bottles on a cold night, tighten the guyropes as a midnight storm brews. But adjusts not too bright to read comfortably tucked up in the camp bed.
