Hook to a 12v battery and it should move . Reverse the wires and it should move the other way. You will have to get a on/off/on switch to operate. **Q: Why does my actuator stop actuating and start pulsing?** A: Mine is doing the same thing. It worked fine for a few days, now it starts starts pulsing and eventually stops moving altogether.
