problems
This seat has a plastic glide that attaches to the toilet and every day we have to push it back onto the glide. It seems to just work its way off with every use. Also, the functions cannot be programmed as favorites or standard, it always reverts back to the original settings, meaning a lot of messing with the settings every single time. The stream of water has much less pressure than the Lotus brand we had before and my husband wishes we could just return this one and get the other brand. He actually wants to toss this and use the Lotus even though it no longer has warm water, the seat is no longer heated and it runs water after every use! The Lotus lasted 6 years perfectly before needing replaced which seems pretty good to me. We are not happy with this product.
