It works!!
I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Used to install self closing side mounts on 16 drawers. Previously had tried the Kreg and by guess and by golly. Kreg was worthless, by guess took forever and was just so so. Side mounts are very finicky - at least the ones I got from HD. With the Rockler it didn't take long and they worked very well. If you read the reviews of the side mounts on HD website lots of complaints. I get it - if not installed perfectly they don't work. Well with the Rockler they get installed perfectly. Sorry if this sounds like an infomercial; normally I am issuing 1 star reviews, but this thing made it easy with no crawling into the cupboards and standing on my head!!

Worth the money for the time it saves and it's flexibility to work for various different installation scenarios.
Used this for the first time today installing 4 sets of ball bearing side mount drawer slides in a shop cabinet. I'm a new woodworker and this was my first time installing drawer slides. The cabinet was unusual in that there was no bottom to reference off of in the usual way of cutting a scrap to act as a spacer under the slides (and the floor was no where near level) but with the way this jig works you can reference off just about anything within reach of the indexing foot. Once you have things aligned on your first slide you can clamp the jig in place and then extend the foot to your reference surface and lock it in place with the locking screw. Once everything is locked in and clamped down you can pre-drill holes, and insert screws as needed without a need to hold the jig in place. Clamping is not absolutely necessary but makes it easier to do other tasks and not have to worry about the jig slipping out of position. Once you have the first slide installed you can easily move the jig to the next drawer position and if it is a drawer level with the previous one you can use the foot as your alignment guide which makes it very quick to install multiple drawers in a row. The jig is well built and I have no reason to believe it won't last a very long time given it's somewhat limited use. The only drawback is the price given it's fairly limited use... but it does what it does very well and to me its Worth the money for the time it saves and it's flexibility to work for various different installation scenarios.

Best solution is throw it up get some screw in ...
Works well. I used for retrofitting old cabinets with new epoxy glides. It holds the glide tight and let's you get it clamped in place and a couple screws thrown in the glide. However if your face frame isn't parallel with the back of the cabinets your glides will be off because this holds the glide true to the face frames. Still easier than trying to hold them up there and guess and fumble with screws.Best solution is throw it up get some screw in your glides and make sure they look even with one another. Then slide your drawer in and see how it tracks. If you keep the back screws loose the drawer will pretty much move the glides where it wants them. All and all I would buy again only think that needs some improvement is it doesn't hold the right hinge as well. As I have read in other reviews. But it's something you can work around if your aware of the issue.

Absolutely Necessary
If there’s a tool that is a must have for installing side rails, this is it! It’s like they thought of everything from how the slider clamps onto the tool, the holes and notches in certain places to allow screws to be installed, the markings on the sides of the tool to measure. This tool saved me a ton of work installing Lontan soft close sliding rails on my early 2000’s home. It was worth every penny.

Amazing for any skillset
I'm just a diyer and I am redoing my kitchen a cabinet at a time lol and wow did these save so much headache and time with the drawers. You can't go wrong for the money. Before I was fussing around with spacers and that was awful. Being able to clamp it down while driving in screws is a breeze!
