Tye Roccbox is an amazing pizza oven. I researched various outdoor ovens, and Roccbox was clearly superior to similarly priced ovens. It lights easily, quite portable, and good insulation means it retains heat well,and recovery quickly. You can do several pizzas back to back without having to let the heat recover.I used it for a few months and upgraded to the Gozney Arc XL. The Roccbox was handed down to my son. They love making their own pizzas, too.Great, reliable oven.

I bought this for our new pizza oven we purchased and cover is absolutely great. We put it on every time after we're done and it is easy to move and the quality seems really nice. We will buy this again

I have been making homemade pizza for years: pizza stone in the oven, pizza stone on the grill. This little Roccbox oven is such a better way to go! Everyone loves this pizza oven. It does have a learning curve, and for my husband and I that's part of a fun challenge. Pizza cooks very quickly so you must have a turning tool to rotate it. I bought a 7" turning tool. Essential! We had delicious pizzas from the start and they have gotten better and better.Pizza is excellent from the Roccbox and it's so fun to use a myriad of toppings, only limited by your imagination. We have pizza dough in the fridge ready to go all the time. No fancy recipes needed. Use Tipo 00 flour if you can find it. It yields a forgiving dough that is incredibly delicious.I wish the Roccbox came with a bigger recipe book. I know, I know! Recipes are online, It's the way of the world. But you can truly find super recipes online, many with tips, so a skinny book doesn't stop you from getting into action. Once you've made pizza in the Roccbox you will never eat pizza made by someone else.I wish we could buy additional Roccbox peels. They seem to stay out of stock. Additional peels would be great for a party.It's a fairly heavy oven due to its thicker stone. We don't plan on moving it much.All in all, my husband and I strongly recommend this beautiful pizza oven! Our daughter fell in love with it during a visit, so one is on the way to Texas for her birthday!

Did a bit of research and decided with the reviews I would purchase this one. I like that it is wrapped so that the sides don’t get so hot. I misread the weight and it was heavier than I had hoped. It is 44 pounds and I thought I might return it because we are in our 60’s and transporting it to our vacation home is not an option. Having said that we are extremely happy with our choice. Watching a lot of videos helped and we had big success with our first two pizza making attempts. It is fairly easy and making our own pizza dough with the “00” flour was a game changer. Even our NYC son was impressed.

I did lots of research before buying the Roccbox. Watched a ton of YouTube videos and read a lot on Reddit and other online sources. I wanted a really good, entry level outdoor pizza maker strictly for Neapolitan pizzas. This requires temps over 900F to achieve the results I wanted. I looked at basically every pizza oven under $600. The Roccbox beat them all. Some people want wood fired ovens, but the small ones don't get hot enough from what I read. Also, the pizzas cook in about 90-100 seconds so there is very little smoke flavor imparted. The quality of this pizza oven is top notch. Insulated dome helps keep the outside too hot and inside hot. Lots of people use this for food trucks so you know it is solid.
