Needed a karabena for work to clip keys and a 20kg bag onto, the clip quality is obviously not going to be the same as a climbing one and I'm certainly not going to be taking it with me as a piece of life saving equipment to scale everest. Or dangle 300ft off a cliff abseiling off of it. But for the price and what it is intended for it's OK and have no issues at all, I have taken the screw locking mechanism off of it as I didn't need that. So if you need a karabena that's cheap and does a job then I would recommend it, decent spring, seems sturdy, doesn't feel light weight.

I use these carabiners for lots of things, but mostly attaching things to bags (such as water bottles, jackets, map cases) and also for attaching my back packs or beach bags to sun parasols as it keeps them up from the sand and deters thieves as these carabiners have a screw lock (thus taking longer to open if you screw them shut though it’s not necessary to close as they are spring loaded). I especially like that you can order them in different colours to co-ordinate with your bags, jackets etc. I have ordered these a couple of times, the last order I went for 2 pink and 4 purple but I only received 1 pink and 4 purple so I emailed the seller and she immediately responded and today I received 2 more pink carabiners- an extra free one. I always carry at least one carabina. They are useful to clip to your rucksack to clip things to it. You can clip 2 or even 4 carrier bags together by the handles and split over your shoulders or have a comfortable handle to hold many bags, you can safely attach things like keys to your belt loop or belt, 101 uses. I probably wouldn't trust this particular one to its intended purpose of climbing but it probably could hold your weight with the locking mechanism.

Looks nice and definitely one of the cheapest on Amazon but the spring snapped after two weeks ( no heavy duties,just use it to pin two bags together) lucky enough has a hollow bolt to screw all the way to the hook so still safe to use

Ever used one of those climbing type clips to keep your car keys on and stuff? Well I did and I used to use one that didn't lock. I've lost count of how many times my dumb-xxS self has lost/dropped a key off of the thing. Or lost a USB stick or even my lucky trolley token. I tell ya I was sick of it. Saw these and ordered them. Keys fit on easily (2 car keys, 2 door keys) along with my USB stick full of life saving PC rubbish AND my beloved smiley face lucky trolley token. Super sturdy. Locks easily with a twist of the nut. So far so good. No accidental openings or snagging on clothing. Buy some. Use them and save yourself the hassle of searching under the car seats, or at the petrol station or down the back of the couch for your Ford Focus C-Max remote fob!

I've used these a lot with some heavy loading. The threaded lock works well, but feels a little rough. That's not a big deal as you can apply a little oil. They are very light, which is what the design is going for, and still seem sturdy enough for regular use. I have a couple of these on my backpack which I have used with bags of shopping on the shoulder straps. I also have one for my keys since I never use keyrings. It gives more to hold onto, and is a good way to secure them in a coat or bag when needed.

I Use this alot and its great to have. I just didn't expect the size. a bit big. came in 3 colours.
