The Beast and False Prophet Revealed (Bible Prophecy Revealed) Paperback – June 13, 2014

Michael Fortner's strength is history and his research of documented Islamic conquering and abuse of Christian peoples is very informative. His theological conclusions are sound regarding the end times Islamic beast and Islamic false prophet. He also was very informative about alternative views of the false prophet and AntiChrist beliefs by others which helped me understand why some people extrapolate certain scriptures to basically poorly supported conclusions (e.g., the AntiChrist is a Jew from the tribe of Dan, or an Assyrian, etc.).My one critique of the author is that he fails to visualize how the marks on the Islamic flags relate to the Greek 666 as discovered by Walid Shoebat. However, he does correctly conclude that the seal of Mohammad (which is effectively almost the same as the Shoebat symbols) is a likely candidate for the mark of the beast.I would also disagree with the author that the beast with the near fatal wound is not the Ottoman Empire, but that it will be an actual human being, the final AntiChrist. Just like France was the "beast" of the Napoleonic wars likewise Napoleon himself was the head of the beast. Likewise, the AntiChrist beast will head the Islamic beast. Beast effectively acting as a godless immoral entity without conscience!

I never thought I could be convinced that Christians would not be raptured before the great tribulation or that a one world government was not on the horizon. I also believed the antichrist would emerge from a revived Roman Empire/European Union. This book opened my eyes. I have read dozens of books and studied all perspectives. I believe I have found the answers I have been seeking. This book is now the only book or perspective that makes sense to me. If you believe in pre-tribulation or a revived Roman Empire and/or coming one world government, please read this book before betting your life on it. This book is fantastic. I've also read this Authors first book and I'm about to read the third book of this series. Do yourself a huge favor and read these books. You will not be sorry. I look forward to this Authors fourth book in this series. It's time we all admit the truth that is happening before our very eyes!

The author has it wrong. Islam is being used bythe elite from Europe and the U.S. who controlThe world's money and have the technology todestroy Islamic countries when necessary shouldThe need arise. Islam would already be destroyedif this backward ideology was not being used tofoment chaos in the march to one world government..

The trouble with symbolism is that you then have no way to determine if this way of interpreting the symbol is wrong and that way of seeing the symbol is right. Especially when trying to turn items that seem realistic in the way they are written into symbols and then trying to force a symbolic interpretation on them.As in a verse in the Koran about hell. In a section on hell. jolly old Allah enjoys visits to hell to add to sinners torments. One thing he does is replaces the burned off skins with new skins so they can burn off again. The author rips the rest of the section off, and reinterprets it to mean skin being burnt off by a nuclear bomb. He does this because a minority of unnamed Jihadists think it might be so. That the vast majority of Muslims rightly interpret it as happening in hell (like it says) is ignored.But allegorizing the Koran isn’t enough. He does the switcheroo with the Bible too. In Revelation 9, the 5 months of torture without being able to die becomes being drafted into the army. (I admit my drafting into the US Army during the Vietnam War wasn’t a picnic, but I never came close to trying to kill myself. Even better, the war ended before I got near a war zone, so didn‘t have to kill anyone else either.) The stinging scorpion tailed demons doing the torture becomes tattoo machines. (Honest! He really says this.)Now large parts of the book (at least 80%) avoids trips into the fantasy land of making up our own interpretations and sticking with reality, and those are very good. He makes his case and makes it very well. The history of Islam section is sometimes too realistic, as hundreds of millions of people are murdered, enslaved, civilizations destroyed in accurate historic detail. The religion of peace only offers the peace of the grave.But the allegorical interpretation methods (while simultaneously complaining about others’ symbolism interpretation methods) does spoil the book. The main thesis does seem correct. Why make it seem doubtful by adding sheer speculation so obviously wrong?

This book was an eye opener. I was always taught that that the false prophet was the pope and catholic was the false religion. From reading this book and the going ons in the world today, proves Islam and Mohammed are the true warnings John spoke of in Revelation. Thank You.

Book 2 of 4 written by Michael Fortner should be required reading for all Christians who love America. So much history is explained ed in this book. I wish I had this information when I home schooled my children. I challenge every parent to digest this information, and tea h your children well. We perish for lack of knowledge! Can't wait to dig in to book 3!

Very plausible explanation of what will come to pass. I've read many books on the end times...this one brings us closer to understanding what is likely to happen. Highly recommend.
