This great value for money battery-bike was the perfect gift for my husband to get him out of the house and enjoy some fresh air during the lockdown. For someone with lots of aches and pains - the power-assisted aspect was a dream and now he can enjoy the countryside and get out of the house - perfect for wellbeing and state of mind.

Bike looks good, instructions very poor, tools to set bike up are cheap but just about do the job, struggling to put front wheel on because of a blockage not allowing me to use the quick release so not had chance to ride it yet

Not a well built bike at all. Starts coming loose everywhere after a mile or so. Its a disgrace they can charge 700 pounds for this totally disappointed

Shocking , less than three months after purchase my ten year old was riding the bike up hill pedaling manually when the pedal with all his weight on ( 8 and a half stone ) totally disintegrated throwing him off causing nasty cuts and bruises , thankfully he wasn't on a road and was wearing a helmet . The company have not responded re sending the bike back for investigation ! Shocking after sales , honestly it's an expensive item and you expect more than a few weeks use . Take my advice and don't bother it could be a dangerous manufacturing fault and could happen again . It may have been an isolated incident but as the company are disinterested we won't know .

My bike came in today! I got busy right away with the assembly. Not a problem putting together if you follow the instructions and take your time. The color is beautiful, especially with the black. Can't wait to get rolling on my cruiser!
