Great Product So Far
I ordered this as I was fed up hand pumping my ISUP. This pump is great, only used it once so far, but great. Not too loud and is reasonably fast. By the time I got all my other stuff ready it was done. Easy to use, set the pressure you want and hit the button. Shuts off when done. I have not used the deflate function yet but I’m sure this will be good too. The only negative I have is that the power cable is a bit short so you need to have space alongside your car to pump.

WOW
What’s to like, it’s an English company with real people you can call if you have a problem. Next, Ive an Itiwit x100 2 person kayak, I don’t mind abit of physical exercise manually pumping this up by hand, but this pump i kid you Not has my kayak inflated in under 5 mins!!!!!! It starts off nice and quite till about 1psi and then the pump starts working, it’s not loud when it’s starts going and it’s only on for a couple of minutes anyway, quicker than I can get into my wetsuit that’s for sure. In Short it’s a game changer and made for kayaks and SUPS, top PSI is 20 so plenty good enough for a SUP that goes to 15psi.

Fiddly connection but easy once it’s all connected
As a new paddle boarder I started off just using the hand pump that came with my iRocker nautical 10’6 board, but that took 15 minutes of hard labour to pump to 15psi and was harder to get it higher. Decided to get a pump and the Hiks was one of the brands recommended. It comes with a range of different connectors and extra plastic washers of a different size so will fit pretty much any board, and a bag to carry everything in. Connects to the standard car jack. It was a bit fiddly getting the hose connected to the board valve first time out, but it has got easier as I use it more. Once connected to the board it’s just a matter of selecting the pressure you want and setting it going. It inflates the board pretty quickly and obviously with zero effort, it does get louder as it inflates to higher pressure but not unduly so, and I haven’t noticed any overheating, although I have only done one board with it. All in all this is a great bit of kit, allows you to inflate the board while you sort out other kit and to inflate it and still be in reasonable shape to actually paddle without needing to rest after a cardio workout with a manual pump. Wouldn’t be without it now!

Astounding
I’ve tried several 12v pumps for inflatables. As we now have a paddleboard and an inflatable floor RIB yacht tender, thought we’d give this a go. I haven’t tried the paddleboard yet, but the little RIB has fat tubes, and a high pressure floor like a paddleboard, for rigidity. It blew the boat up in 10 mins, all tubes to their max pressure, with no fuss at all. The floor is 0.8 bar, 12psi, just a bit less than most paddleboards, the pump barely noticed. I have every faith it will deal with our 15psi paddleboard with equal ease. Best pump I’ve ever used.

Great little pump
Great pump and fills SUP in about 10 mins. First part which pumps high volume is quite quiet but when it need high pressure it gets very noisy.

Great pump
First time ever used an electric pump for 12’ft paddleboard always used hand pump which is quite hard work. Arrived at lake plugged in pump and attached to board put wetsuit on and board was almost inflated 15 psi in around 7 mins. Strongly recommend a lot easier than hand pump and also has other attachments one fits my inflatable kayak which will be good next time I use that

Excellent Paddle Board Electric Pump
Very sturdy, British company, well designed with range of adapters for other types of gadgets. It is a bit noisy but does the job in about 7-8 minutes, well worth it. Highly recommended.

Died just before warranty expired
Purchased 2 of these for our iSUPs last year. Was impressed, worked well and handled inflating 3 boards with ease. Stored away over the winter, first use this season and three of four of the buttons wouldn't work on one of the units, preventing it from inflating or deflating anything. Contacted HIKS and they were as helpful as they could have been but unfortunately couldn't replace the unit as the 20 PSI version was out of stock, so they issued a refund. I hope the second one we own continues to work as it is now out of warranty.
