Health Benefits + Tastes Good!
I had read about the wonderful benefits of taking this herb, so I bought this to try it out. Pleasant surprise: This powder tastes good too! It blends well with cinnamon and is great mixed into oatmeal for breakfast! Since I've been using it, my blood sugar seems to stay more consistent and steady. Thanks for a really good product!!

The taste
The taste is awful. Even hiding it in smoothies, it still tastes like dirt

Bad Quality.
I have throne away as I found their Ashwagandha quality very bad and was not able to return it. Even after writing review for Ashwagandha I never heard from seller.

Dirt tastes better...
Sorry, I understand that it's supposedly good for type 2 Diabetes, but I just can't get it down. Also tried mixing it with peanut butter. OMG the dirt taste lingered for hours. Perhaps you have more luck than I.
