The seats are really comfortable and worked great on my 14ft boat. Used them the past summer all day every saturday and sunday. I mainly catfish (bait and wait) so good seats are a must have. A cheap jon boat doesnt seem cheap with good seats!I did have an issue with 1 seat tearing on the base a bit, where the other seat is barely broken and looks great. After talking with North Captain they will be sending me a replacement. Great customer service.

These seats look amazing. this is why so many stars. Comfort is lacking and they are extremely hard, hopefully they will soften over time. The STRAPS are the biggest joke. they are a minimum of 4 inches tooooooo long. why provide straps that snap if they dont fit. but they look good!I could have bought more comfortable seats for less, but they would have not looked as nice. I feel i over paid about $30 for each set at $130 at that time.Treat them with protective spray out the box to prevent dirty hand stains!

For a replacement seat, these are really well made. It is always a gamble when you can't touch/feel products before you purchase. The seats I received from North Captain look good and materials seem equal or superior to those I was found at local retail stores. I chose the online option due to color and pattern choice. For a low cost seat, these are great. If these are mounted flush in your application, they will look fantastic. The seat bottoms (like comparable products) show the vinyl edges, staples and black plastic molded base so if installed high where bottom will be exposed (pedestal mount), the finish on bottom may present a cosmetic issue. Overall, the materials and feel of seat are equal or superior to what I found available at local retailers

I expected a sturdy wood back beneath the material on these seats but it has the same cheap plastic foundation as all of the others. They are comfy but I doubt they will hold up. These shipped quickly but the high backs from the same company do not. It is now 10 days and they haven't moved according to tracking.

Bought these seats to go on my hydro sport boat, Like the matching blue and white color for my boat. AI bought these over Tempress seats because the Tempress were reported to soak your behind after getting wet.

I used these boat seats in a sportsman travel trailer (14 feet long). Made a table and chair set up across from the refrigerator and no longer have to close up the bed to have a table and chairs. The chairs are solid and comfortable and take up very little space in my tiny travel trailer. I used the plastic swivel units under the chairs to make them disappear against the wall for even more space. They even fold down so they don’t stick up and block inside space in the trailer when you are not using them. I highly recommend them.

So far these seats have done very well. I have an older bass boat and the seats in it had dry rotted. I purchased three of these plus the pedestal seat. They look good and function well. The only thing is I had to buy longer attachment bolts for the two seats mounted down at console. They are a universal fit for the pedestals and extremely easy to install. I have had them for 8 months in rain and heat and they are holding well. I would recommend these for those that don’t want to spend a fortune and have a good replacement. The frame is also holding up well for me so far. Good deal if you’re are looking to replace your seats for a good price.

These seats have a standard plastic base with mounting holes at the edges and in the center to provide multiple mounting options--pedestal, swivel deck, front hinged deck, etc. The stitching and cushioned panels look great and are well done, and make this basic outline seat seem much more plush. The screws look to be stainless steel, a nice upgrade!
