Did not rate this initially as I wanted to bet some use out of it first and report after having cleaned the carpets twice and the floor three times. It does a great job and has not shown any signs of wear or loss of functionality. Mu wife used it the first time, and I used it the second time on the carpets. She thought I was going through the cleaning solution and emptying the container quicker than she did, but turns out she wasn't able to squeeze the trigger as far as I could for dispensing the solution. May not be a problem for others, but does take a bit of hand strength to pull the trigger. Does a great job and the carpets dry pretty quick - within a couple of hours. We directed air with a fan placed in the room, to speed p the drying process.

I love my carpet cleaner. We have one inside dog and a couple grandchildren so I have used it many many times. It has an upholstery attachment, which is great. Easy to use doesn’t take up a lot of space in the store. Can’t imagine not having one.

We bought this carpet cleaner because we were tired of spending hundreds of dollars for a company to come do it. This cleaner works great! We couldn't believe how much it pulled out of our carpets!? The cleaner has a nice, clean smell to it also. We recommend this carpet cleaner!

Very effective for my new puppies

I wanted to wait until I used it a few times before writing a review. I bought this to replace my old Hoover turbo scrub carpet cleaner. Pros: great suction, easy to use, separate functions for rinsing/washing. Separate chambers for solution and clean water. Cons: leaks a crap ton. First time use, I thought it was awesome. Loved the separate chambers for water and solution and the rinse/wash function. When I was done I emptied the dirty water and placed on the red rubber mat. I left the clean water attached with water in it. I noticed it leaked a lot over the next few days. The second time I used it was about the same. When I was done I dumped dirty and clean water before storing away. There was still some leaking but not as bad. Third time, again, was the same although I refilled my clean water and placed it in the machine and then removed the dirty water to dump. I then had to move a piece of furniture and use the regular vacuum for a few minutes. During that time half of my clean water and all of the solution had leaked out onto a towel I placed the machine on for precautions (due to all the leaking). If you can afford to get something different you should because this isn't the best option with the constant leaking. I saw previous reviews but thought maybe it wasn't happening to all machines and only to a few.
