First, you should wear some kind of shoes when you use it. Sock-footed, the slick webbings slide and the cuff about your ankle is trying to slide around your heel. Uncomfortable when it does that.Second, the loops in the strap you pull on to stretch your foot, leg, or butt allow you to hook your arm in so you can hold a position without using your hands. Then for lazy me, I can read my kindle while stretching.Third, you can, or , I can, position it and myself so I can focus the stretch on bottom of my foot, heel, calf, and so forth.Con: I have short feet (Women’s 8 US) so I wish for an extra strap located under the foot so I don’t pull on my toes. As it is, I have to add a pad at the back by my heel and ankle to reposition the pull strap where I want it.Finally, nifty idea, good for the money, convenient so I can stretch while occupied with other tasks.

Great product for the price

I have looked for this type of product repeatedly over the past 10 years and was excited to find this one. I previously used resistance bands to stretch my Achilles and calf muscles and wanted something that wouldn’t slip off my foot. This fulfilled this requirement. It’s a great product and having a carrying bag is a nice bonus.I was concerned about this fitting my foot as I wear a size 13 and have slightly wider than average feet. This worked well for me and your foot could be even bigger and still use this product. On the flip side, my wife is a women’s size 9 and it works for her too.The massage ball was a throw in for me, I prefer the size of a lacrosse ball for massage but the one with this product is dense enough to do the job as well.

I was suffering with a bout of Plantar Fasciitis and while looking for ways to relieve the pain I came across your product. Me saying it helped is an understatement! I started using it every night and after about 2 weeks or so, all of my pain was gone and hasn't returned. I can't say for sure that the leg and foot stretcher is the total reason why but I can for sure say it was a big factor. I have no regrets making this purchase.

I had previously purchased a similar device (Comness Foot and Calf Stretcher-Stretching Strap For Plantar) over a year ago, but forgot to take it on a trip with me, so I ordered this one thinking that they were made at the same factory since it looked so similar. This one as not as comfortable as the one I bought before. My old one was more padded, softer/smoother seems on the back of my ankle.

Helps me so much with my plantation fasciitis. By using this product it alleviates my morning and night aches and pain from sitting all day working from home! I find it useful for people who sit all day and need to stretch out their muscle fibers from a sedentary lifestyle. After using it for the first time, i noticed a great improvement in my ankle and foot mobility doing it twice a day (morning and night). Incredible ! Also i like that the straps on this can fit any size foot. I highly recommend this product to anyone !

It would have been nice if it came with some directions on different stretching techniques. That being said, I’m really enjoying it now that I kind of have the ideas of how to use it. I’m on my feet all day every day for usually 8 hours straight minimum. I’ve had some foot soreness and when I do get to sit my leg muscles can get tight. This helps me stretch out my feet and legs and obtain a deeper stretch than I can usually get on my own.
