GREAT PRODUCT; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I installed my threshold on an 8-foot-wide garage door. Other reviewers are correct when they say that one end of the product does not completely unroll. However, unless you need the entire length of the product, this would not be an issue. I highly recommend using Loctite Premium Construction Adhesive to attach the seal strip to a concrete floor. The Loctite product has excellent adhesion, and it does not dry out within its container so it can be reused as I had to do. When I originally cut my length of seal strip, I miscalculated by one inch so I attached another one inch strip a day later. The Loctite did a great job.

Can't wear it out
I installed this 5 years ago by glueing it down with a 3M construction adhesive with West sun exposure at my home in Phoenix. Looks as good today as it did when I installed it And it works great. I'm remodeling my garage at my lake side home in Kentucky and I'm buying it again.

These work great
These work great for keeping water from entering the garage when it rains or snow melts. It also helps close the gap between the garage door and the floor to prevent mice from getting in. This is the second set we have purchased. the first set that was from another company that did not work as well as it didnโt adhere to the concrete securely. This was probably due to my not following the directions correctly the first time I put them on and then it rained that same day, which caused the adhesive to loosen. This set has fit perfectly and has a strong adhesive to the concrete floor and does not move at all. Would definitely purchase these again. These are also thicker and stronger than the previous set.

Easy to install & Effective if installed properly!!
My garage drive has a slight incline to garage door however the concrete where the door closes is flat. The garage is on the West End of my home which is the direction most storms blow in from. Every time it rains water seeps in under the door seal. Last week, we 12.5" of rain, so I had to open the doors everyday and sweep the water out. My home is 25 years old, so there was some slight buildup of scum where the garage doors close down on the concrete. I used a 3" scraper and then a wire wheel on a 4" DeWalt Grinder to clean the entire door seal area. I then used Mineral Spirts to wipe down the surface. It's pointless to make this installation without have a clean surface for the glue to adhere. I then cut the seal to length, 109 1/2" for my door. Laid the seal in place and closed the door down to where it was just slightly touching the seal. This allows the seal to be moved in exact position. Then your ready to scribe a pencil line on each side of the seal. After marking the seal, roll the seal back into the garage upside down next to the inner scribed line. After applying the adhesive you can roll the seal back over onto it. I used Gorilla 8008002 Ultimate Construction Adhesive White to glue the seal down. I used 1 tube per seal. The seal has recessed grooves on the back side and you need to use enough adhesive to flow up into the grooves. After rolling the seal onto the adhesive, I used 1 foot to apply pressure on the entire length of the seal. When you do this you'll hear some pops indicating the adhesive is flattening and air is being forced out. After that make sure the seal is in alignment with the pencil marks, using your fingers or a 1" flat roller, work from the center to the outside edge of the seal applying pressure to you get squeeze out of the adhesive. This will ensure there are not voids for water to seep in under the seal. After curing for 24 hours, you can use a utility knife to score the excess glue along door seal and remove the excess with a scraper. This process took me about 1.5 hr per door. After installation, the next day we had 1.5" of rain and NO water made it past the seal!

Measure your concrete floor first with a level before buying this door seal
I gave this door seal about 3 stars because it probably does work but buyer beware that you need to measure how level your concrete floor is first because my flooring isn't level in certain spots and this garage door seal will NEVER work if your floor isn't level. I was wondering why the garage door was showing light underneath the garage door even though the seal was positioned correctly, and that's why. If your concrete floor isn't level, you will end up having to buy the actual garage door seal that was originally meant for your garage door, plain and simple. I learned the hard way. Oh well.

Did the job
After fitting the bottom of the up and over garage door doesnโt get any rain into the garage and has greatly reduced the wind blowing through. Comes with plenty of spare, enough for 2 to 3 other garages at 1.96m width
