Have no idea how to contact Amazon regarding your product that will not recharge. I still believe that since this is your product that you sell through Amazon, you would want to be the one to replace it since it is obviously DEFECTIVE.

I'm a woman and it can't handle my facial hair. I can't imagine it doing anything for a man's beard.

Works great. Easy to clean. Seems durable.
Been using it daily to keep beard from growing too long otherwise this shaver I believe would struggle to keep up.Great for trimming those hard to get to areas.

I bought this for my husband to use for a travel shaver. He used it one day on our vacation and it will not charge or work. It's 30 dollars, so one use is def not worth it. Probably cheap product as it is made in China, but what isn't these days.
