UPDATE: Updating my review to say that their customer service is incredible! I emailed asking if there was a way to troubleshoot my nail drill and unfortunately there wasn’t. Since I was out of warranty they offered to send me a new hand piece if I could cover shipping. It arrived so fast and I’m very happy they were able to accommodate me back to loving this drill and MelodySusie! I have their nail dust collector too which I love. I’ve had this drill a bit over a year and it was great until it just stopped working today. I had just started the process of filing off my nails and it died within a minute of me starting. Hardly filed anything off my pinky. The motor seems to have stopped working. Pretty bummed that it only lasted this long. I use it about once or twice a month or some months not at all.

I’ve bought this machine too many times, and each time it lasts less time... My last purchase was in June, and it stopped working just this week—it’s barely been two and a half months

*Update- I reached out to MelodySusie on their website and sent a video of the problem. They promptly sent me a replacement. They stand by their product! I purchased this in August 2024 for personal use. I’ve used it maybe 10 times and it stopped working. It won’t spin unless you give it a push. Then when you put some pressure on it, it stops spinning again. When it worked it was great but it did not last long. I requested support from Melodie Susie via their website. It’s not a cheap product so I hope there’s a warranty. I’ll update the review if I hear back from the manufacturer.

I’ve been doing nails since 2020, I’ve bought multiple drills in the past & they either completely stopped working after a few uses or weren’t good quality. I bought this nail drill in 2021, and have never had issues with it until November of 2024. The drill is sleek, portable, is very powerful, & isn’t loud! The battery life is also great , I wouldn’t have to charge it all the time compared to previous drills. It lasted me years without any issues. Recently, when trying to use it , the drill would randomly stop in the middle of a set, but if I position it in a certain way, it’ll start working again. It may be the handpiece that’s the issue, but not sure. I was surprised that it lasted me this long, I will probably upgrade to one of their newer drills. Regardless, I think that this drill is great & beginner friendly. Great investment.

Je fais des soins de pieds depuis plus de 10 ans sur la route donc l’appareil peut être dans ma voiture au grand froid ou grande chaleur, j’avais l’habitude de changer d’appareil au moins une fois par année surtout à cause des embouts de branchement, à force de brancher, débrancher les fils cassaient dans le contact. j’ai hésité avant d’acheté un rechargeable et je suis surprise de la durée de la batterie, tellement ravie que j’en ai acheté une en plus mais ça fait déjà 3 ans que j’ai la première et toujours aussi performante.

I was using it well, but it suddenly broke down, so I sent an email to the customer center and they helped me replace it right away. It's the first time I've taken action so quickly in my life in Canada. Anyway, I don't know why mine broke, but my other friend used it without any problems. I think the price is reasonable and good for doing nails alone or using it in a shop. I recommend :)

It’s the best thing I have bought in a long time, works great ! And it’s cheap considering the quality! Highly recommend
