A Great bed! Exactly as advertised, perfectly packaged & shipped.I love it & my dogs are getting used to it. We bought it because another bed (we purchased 2 yrs ago) we have finally gave out. We got what we paid for with it but one of our old girls loved cuddling in it.What I like about the Charlie bed is the solid orthopedic memory foam NOT chopped pieces, made in the USA and NO odor! I LOVE that it is waterproof! The outer cover is easy to remove, launder & put back on. Yes, the cat(s) decided to mark it already so I can give you a laundering review too!. UGH! It's a good thing those stinking cats are cute! I did lay the cover on the top of the dryer to dry & it didn't take long. Another great thing is the inner waterproof liner is NOT noisy and crunchy. I love using it when it's time to groom. The bed is big enough & comfy for me to sit on & brush, trim, etc., even up to our 25#+ Eskies. The reviews I read before purchasing were very helpful and are what really sold me too.Like I said, my dogs don't necessarily like it, they are cuddlers (American Eskimo's), but I wanted a better bed, not replace it so often and one that has better support for aging dogs. This bed has it in spades! This bed is one of 6 in the house and I expect it to be here for a long, long time. As I write this my 12 yr, 25# Eskie is curled up on it so he likes it!!! His name is Charlie too!Now, is anyone interested in a few cats?Great product Romilton Pet Products! I HIGHLY recommend this bed.

The bed arrived in good condition and fluffed up quickly. I have 4 dogs. Two of them tried it out right away and 2 were hesitant to step on it - it's kind of squishy and the material was new. I put one of their old blankets on top of it and now they all use it and seem to like it. I haven't washed the covers yet, so can't comment on that, but overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

I debated on a 4 or 5 rating. Overall, it is an excellent product. After letting it set unpacked for a couple days to let the foam expand and reform, I put it on the floor where the old pad was, and let Pancho, our rescued mix, about 70 lbs, give us his impression. He sniffed it, licked it stepped on and off the pad, and finally picked his spot and plunked down. He seems very pleased with our choice. I am impressed with the thickness and firmness of the bottom foam. An extra half-inch of memory foam might give a bit more comfort, but seems to be a good "mix". I have only two minor issues with the product: (1) My Scottish blood rebels a bit at the price. It is a quality item, and compares well to the competition, but ..... and (2) The cover is tough, but very thin. Every lick or drool shows up like a puddle of water. It's the combination of the moisture barrier (great) and the thin fabric. Our previous pad had a top covering of fake trimmed-down sheepskin that was wonderful and comfortable stuff, easily laundered. Eventually I'll either build or buy a similar cover. Yes, I'm picky, but hey, I still gave it 5 stars!

My 15# puppy chewed a hole in in the cover within the first 10 minutes of use. The cover is soft and nice looking, but thin. Also, the bed barely fit in my Midwest 18x24 crate and the cover, not being tight fitting, sort of gave my puppy something attractive to nibble on.

Not as dense of material as I would've thought as you can press down on it pretty easy. Dogs will lay on it though so must not be too bad. Sized appropriately. Cover seems durable enough, but I use a sheet over it to lessen wear and tear.

We looked for a long time to find a new bed for our dog. We needed something big enough for him that would have a waterproof lining and that wouldn't slide around on our hardwood floors - and that wouldn't bust the budget. This bed turned out to be perfect. He didn't immediately take to it, but after about a week he finally plopped down onto it and has been happily snoozing there ever since. It is easy to remove and wash the cover, which was my biggest concern since some dog bed covers are hard to clean. It doesn't slide around when he gets on it, which is great since he is skittish and won't sleep on anything that seems unstable. So far, it has held up well - the bed is still firm and holds up under 87 pounds of dog. The cover has been washed several times and comes out looking great. We are very happy and would buy this bed again if we ever need another one,

The bed is well constructed, however my dog will not even step on. Perhaps he does not like the stiffness.So maybe I should give a higher rating, but is given by my dog.In terms of product quality and your shipping speed I would rate your bed as a five star product!

We bought two of these beds for our dog's giant sized crates. They fit perfectly and provide a great amount of cushion and support. We always cover the dog beds in their kennel, but knowing that it's water resistant is great for whenever a possible upset stomach happens. Our boys both seem to be very comfortable on these beds.Update: After a few weeks of use the beds are still great. The thing we like the best so far is that the beds do not bow in the middle or bend once a lot of pressure has been applied for a great length of time. The memory foam snaps back very well and they seem to be loving the comfort. One dog is able to sleep on his back without any issues.
