Seems to help
So far, I've only given this to my toy poodle once so far. After I did, she appeared to be slightly sleepy and her stools became rather soft. I plan to continue giving it to her, but will reduce the dose I gave her. It was about 2/3 inch of the dropper. I have noticed, however, that she didn't seem to be as congested and her coughing is less as she was before. So I think that part is working.

not very effective
i bought this because my cat has Asthma and the Vet's medicine can damage his organs. He responded well initially then the effectiveness seemed to slowly wear off. i increased the dosage but now it doesn't work at all

Suppresses hacking due to collapsing trachea very well!
Have a small dog with collapsing trachea. Tried almost every solution I could find online. This product has been hands down the very best thing I’ve tried to suppress the constant loud hacking. Worth the price. Thank you!

Made my cats throw up!
I read the review before purchasing this product. So I didn’t have any doubts or concerns. Once I received it I read the instructions and gave my cats their first dose. My 2 year old cat threw up almost 20 minutes after and my 1 year old cat threw up later that night. At first I blew it off because we also changed their cat food within a few days of the product arrival. By that time my cats had seem to get better until my 2 year old cat started coughing again (she’s a barn cat she loved to run outside) once again I read the instructions and gave her this product but this time I wanted until mid day when she already ate hours before. Once again she threw up and this time it seem worst. For me and my pets this product didn’t work. Other then an aggressive upset stomach this product didn’t cause any harm to my cats I got them check to make sure . So if you know your cat has a sensitive stomach be cautious.

I think it is working!
We have only had this for a few days - we haven't noticed a substantial difference, but I do think it helps our kitty breath easier! I will update once we have used this for a bit longer. Backstory: We found our kitty laying behind the door in our bedroom. She was having a hard time breathing, making a clicking noise and having very short, shallow breaths. She was drooling. Even though it was an hour away, and it was midnight, we brought her to the nearest ER vet. After $1300, 6 hours, and numerous tests, they deducted she MIGHT have asthma. They sent us home with steroids to help open up her airways and advised us to go to her primary vet as soon as we could get an appointment (which ended up being 5 days away). We used this and her steroids to keep her comfortable and breathing. We just brought her to her primary vet yesterday, and they completely ruled out asthma (thank goodness!). They said she just has a lung infection (likely caused by her gum disease). They gave her a shot of antibiotics, and continued her steroid prescription for two more weeks. Yesterday, she was fully like her normal self - purring, sitting on laps, and following us around the house for love!I think this product will help in a pinch, while you wait to see the vet, or waiting for the treatment to be completed (or if your cat truly has asthma)- but I don't think it should replace a vet visit. Our primary vet cost $140 for everything.
