In my experience, let the cup in horizontal position before fill in. And also you can press the "throttle" gentle, so the beer is released slowly.

I whish that you could refill the kegs. It would certainly make the beertender much more appealing. I say this because it is difficult to find the kegs in stores. Even when you go to Bevmore they only have a couple to choose from. Good luck.
