This book gives very detailed instructions with diagrams and pictures. It is well organized and easy to read. The author seems experienced in building diy greenhouses.

I can easily adapt it to my 12 x 40 chicken coop with the roof falling in, but the cement floor and wooden walls (doors, windows) are still usable. Definitely an easy read with excellent ideas for adaptation. Have most of the list of materials already, so it will hopefully be an uneventful build. I have already begun the roof tear down to strengthen the walls and am ready for the new roofing.

A well documented DIY reference for a particular greenhouse plan. If looking for a DIY greenhouse instruction reference this looks like a solid simple choice for a first attempt. I plan to test my assessment next weekend and build one using the author's instructions.

This book was very detailed but yet easy to read and understand. I usually make a mess out of d.i.y. projects but I actually think I will be able to complete this one. Because I never know how my projects will turn out I am reluctant to spend a lot of money but this d.I.y. is very affordable. I plan to use mine year round for ornamental plants so I wish there would have been a little more on winter use and heating.

Great for learning how to make an inexpensive greenhouse out of simple materials. I bought this one and several others to glean ideas for making my own greenhouse next spring. I am now trying to choose between hoop house or one like this, or a combination?! The info was good as were the photos.

This little book is written and illustrated so well that I believe one who has never swung a hammer or sawed a board could build a greenhouse.I'll begin mine next spring.73, RTW

A good book to get ideas from. Even if you don't follow these instructions to the letter, this provides a starting point that you can expand upon.

Very specific to a region and temperature. And very badly written. Sorry, but I can not give you more than 1 star rating.
