The braid reinforcement really helps with preventing kinks. I used this run the discharge of an A/C condensate pump to wall and then transitioned to pvc pipe to get it outside. So I bought a 110v RV pump to give some "oommph" to the water, and it worked great for three seconds. I had plain hose and it blew out. So I ordered this hose and couldn't be happier. It is well made out of vinyl and poly weave, light weight and holds the pressure beautifully. My showers are now set for the summer!
